I recently launched my YouTube channel with a new series of videos of advice, tips and thoughts about the journey into creative leadership, based on 30 years of experience in the industry and several years of coaching design and other creative leaders.
I know that many people don’t have the budget for the one-to-one coaching I offer. Certainly early career leaders—or even senior leaders—who are responsible for projects and teams are often not in the corporate leadership track where they get given budget for coaching. So, with the YouTube channel I wanted to offer up a lot of the tips, advice, experiences, and sometimes just thoughts around navigating the design leadership dips and put them out for for everyone.
As I write my book on the topic, I’ll be posting related videos about it on the channel, along with interviews with design leaders on the Power of Ten podcast.
